Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect account details such as your name, username and email address; exam preferences such as state and preparation track; answers, scores and study progress; support messages; subscription status; community activity; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Video and AI-assisted feedback
Practical-coaching features may process video that includes faces, voices, tools and identifiable surroundings. Before a recording or import is processed, you must consent and confirm that identifiable people shown have permission to appear.
For an AI review, a temporary server copy of the selected clip may be used to extract a limited set of resized still frames. Only those sampled frames—not the complete video or its audio—are sent to the configured AI service for analysis. Temporary server files are intended to be deleted after processing. Live framing assistance may periodically send a low-resolution still to provide distance and angle guidance; those framing images are not intended to be retained by Beauty Exam Studio.
How information is used
We use information to provide and personalize study features, save progress, deliver AI-assisted observations, manage access, maintain safety, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not use practical videos to judge identity, attractiveness or protected personal traits.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use vendors for infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, payments, analytics, content moderation and AI processing. They may process information only as needed to provide those services or meet legal obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your choices and deletion
Product controls are intended to let you remove individual video attempts, clear local practice history and request account deletion. Removing a saved attempt does not remove an original video from your camera roll, device backups or operating-system caches. To request access, correction or deletion, email privacy@beautyexamstudio.com.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the service, security, legal compliance and dispute resolution. Retention varies by data type and account status. We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Community and children
Community posts may be visible to other users with your username and posting time. Do not share personal information or recalled live-exam content. Beauty Exam Studio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
